GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTIONS

1. Introduction and Eligibility

1.1. These Terms and Rules govern all promotions, contests, and giveaways (collectively, “Promotions”) sponsored by Golf Giveaway Guy on social media platforms.

1.2. Promotions are open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older. Employees of Golf Giveaway Guy, their immediate family, and affiliated parties are ineligible.

1.3. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Rules and Golf Giveaway Guy’s decisions, which are final and binding.

2. Entry and Duration

2.1. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2.2. Promotions run for 7 days unless otherwise specified in the announcement post.

2.3. Entry methods will be specified in each Promotion announcement. Generally, participants must follow @GolfGiveaway on X (Twitter) or @GolfGiveawayGuy on other specified platforms.

2.4. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

3.1. Winners are selected randomly.

3.2. Winners will be notified via the social media platform used for entry within 5 days of selection.

3.3. Winners have 7 days to respond and claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

4. Prizes

4.1. Prizes are as described in each Promotion announcement.

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

4.3. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt or use.

5. Publicity and Privacy

5.1. By entering, you grant Golf Giveaway Guy the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

5.2. Personal information collected is subject to Golf Giveaway Guy’s Privacy Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1. Golf Giveaway Guy is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, or misdirected entries; (b) technical failures; (c) errors in promotional materials.

6.2. By participating, you release Golf Giveaway Guy and its affiliates from any claims arising from the Promotion or prize use.

7. General Conditions

7.1. Golf Giveaway Guy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify Promotions if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

7.2. These Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform used to conduct the Promotion.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

8.1. All issues concerning these Terms and Rules shall be governed by U.S. law, without regard to choice of law rules.

8.2. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the appropriate court in Oklahoma.

9. Sponsor

The sponsor of these Promotions is Golf Giveaway Guy.

By participating in our Promotions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Rules.
